Changing Pittsburgh Changing Lives
After more than a century as an industrial powerhouse, Pittsburgh is proud to rank among the top places to live, work, and visit in the United States. Our region is consistently recognized with accolades from major travel and financial organizations as one of the most livable cities with one of the most viable economies. We have been honored as a first-rate city for livability, culture, and economy for several years.
Who made this extraordinary turnaround happen? The companies of the region, many of them depicted here, their leadership and their employees.
Next Generation Fellows
WQED's NextGeneration Fellowship training program seeks to enhance the skill set of college students and community media makers by providing actual working experience for emerging creators.
Enter Next Avenue. We're a group of public television people and journalists who, for the most part, are experiencing the very same things you are. Like you, we see both challenges and opportunities and we recognize that what we could all use right about now is an abundance of reliable information that can help us figure out what's, well, next.
