Colombian-born conductor Andres Orozco-Estrada makes his PSO debut in this program featuring the Pittsburgh Symphony horn section, led by William Caballero, will perform as soloists in Robert Schumann's tour de force "Concert Piece." Orozco-Estrada, Music director of the Houston Symphony and Frankfurt Radio Symphony. also conducts the Symphony No. 1 by Johannes Brahms and The Rise of Exotic Computing by Mason Bates.

Endless Lawns
Returning to his old stomping grounds in Connecticut, Graham creates a flurry of chaos as he encourages his aged childhood friends, the Gregson twins, to capitalize on the bygone acting career of their dearly departed father. Meanwhile, Ray waxes nostalgic about his days of mowing the lawn at the old family manse. A collision of tragedy, comedy and cocktails, Anthony McKay's Endless Lawns is directed by Greg Lehane in its world premiere.

Lamentation
This sono-mosaic program explores the lament through words and music from the 18th through 20th centuries. Soprano Amelia D'Arcy will sing the Stabat Mater, joined by countertenor Andrey Nemzer. Cellist Hannah Whitehead plays movements from Bach's Cello Suite in C minor, including the haunting "Sarabande". The Resonance Chamber Orchestra is conducted by Artistic Director Maria Sensi Sellner.

Union Tanguera
French Argentinean ensemble Union Tanguera brings the sensuality and art of tango to life with live music performed by one of Buenos Aires' finest quartets. Seven French Argentinean dancers present savory, stylized dance theater with dramatic flair. Set in a nameless nightclub at the end of a traditional tango show, "Nuit Blanche" illuminates the wanderings, desires, and fears that surface during one sleepless night— unveiling a seductive, late night world where dancers express themselves through intimate, uninhibited dance.
