 Elgar, Grieg & Ravel Ukrainian-born pianist and YouTube phenom Valentina Lisitsa performs Grieg's much-loved Piano Concerto. Then, Yan Pascal Tortelier conducts Osvaldo Golijov's "Siderius," co-commissioned by the PSO. After intermission, one of Ravel's first works for orchestra, Rapsodie Espagnole, inspired by the Spanish folk tunes sung by Ravel's mother.
