Young Artists Competition

Westmoreland Symphony's Young Artists Competition is open to classical instrumentalists and vocalists who reside or study in Westmoreland County and have not yet graduated from high school. Italian cellist Enrico Dindo makes his PSO debut with a concerto Shostakovich composed for famed cellist Mstislav Rostropovich. Gianandrea Noseda conducts Dvořák’s Symphony #7, an ambitious work that reflects on the political struggles in the composer's native Bohemia.
