Dvorak at Duquesne - Czech, Please (Quintets)
David Allen Wehr, Artistic Director and pianist. Dvořák's beloved Piano Quintet in A Major is famous for its melodic inspiration and exciting dance rhythms. Jesus Hopped the A Train
Angel Cruz is in jail pending his trial for the shooting of Reverend Kim; a cult leader who has brainwashed his best friend. During Angel's daily exercise he meets inmate Lucius Jenkins, and a masterful debate about anger, innocence, lying, and ultimately being right in God's eyes ensues. The cast includes OBIE Award Winner Edwin Lee Gibson, Raúl Castillo, Elena Passarello, Patrick Jordan, and Leandro Cano. Derrick Sanders directs this play by Tony-nominated playwright Stephen Adly Guirgis.
