 Bell Plays Bernstein Superstar violinist Joshua Bell returns to perform Leonard Bernstein’s heart-wrenching Serenade, a piece Bernstein dedicated to the memory of his mentor, the legendary conductor Serge Koussevitzky. Composer of the Year Mason Bates’ Desert Transport depicts the Arizona desert as seen from above in a helicopter.
