Alia Musica Pittsburgh Fall Concert
A concert featuring organist Edward Alan Moore in new music for organ and two vibraphones. Soprano Desiree Soteres joins Dr. Moore and Alia Musica's string trio in Nissim Schaul's Shadow Under the Hot Sun. Theatreworks USA's Peter Pan
This live stage production of Peter Pan is based on John Caird and Trevor Nunn's adaptation of "Peter Pan, or The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up," developed for London's Royal Shakespeare Company in 1982. In the spirit of the original tale, Theatreworks USA tells the story through the eyes of a group of children who are living in Edwardian England, and decide on Peter Pan for that evening's play-acting. (60 minutes. Ages 3-10)
