Bellini's Norma
Norma: A fiery love triangle set in the mysterious, mythical world of the ancient Druids. Norma has broken her vow of chastity for the love of a Roman soldier, Pollione. When Pollione abandons her for another druid priestess, Adalgisa, Norma swears revenge on the pair. But something proves stronger than revenge, bringing this classic opera to an unbelievable end.

Poinsettias and Pointe Shoes
Phipps Conservatory and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre bring the magic of The Nutcracker ballet to Phipps’ historic glasshouse in Oakland. Performed by a cast of pre-professional students from the PBT School, these vignettes from Terrence Orr's The Nutcracker, including the Sugarplum Pas de Deux, will showcase the next generation of professional dancers, many of whom will soon perform on the Benedum stage with the PBT company.

The New Collective, an All-Guild Exhibition
This juried exhibit features works by the Craftsmen's Guild of Pittsburgh, Fiberarts Guild of Pittsburgh, Group A, Pittsburgh Print Group, Pittsburgh Society of Artists, Society of Sculptors, and Women of Visions, Inc. PB&J - Let's Be Composers
Chatham Baroque's Peanut Butter & Jam Sessions are designed for preschool children and their accompanying adults. Based on a model developed by the Linton Chamber Music Series in Cincinnati, PB&J is hosted by certified Kindermusik teacher Lynda Wingerd, and encourages young children to become active and enthusiastic listeners through music, dance and games. Chatham Baroque performs live, often with guest artists.

Freya String Quartet presents Snapshots - Album Preview
The Freya String Quartet performs a sneak peek of their first album, Snapshots, featuring commissioned works by Richard and Sean Neukom. Each short character piece recalls familiar musical and dance forms presented in a new light. Since its inception in 2009, FSQ has presented over 60 educational and concert programs to a wide variety of audiences across multiple genres.
