NOMINATE ARTS ORGANIZATION VOLUNTEERS FOR 23rd ANNUAL DOMINION VOLUNTEER IN THE ARTS (VITA) AWARDS
NOMINATE ARTS ORGANIZATION VOLUNTEERS
FOR 23rd ANNUAL DOMINION VOLUNTEER IN THE ARTS (VITA) AWARDS
PITTSBURGH—Dominion and WQED are requesting nominations from throughout western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, western Maryland, and northern West Virginia for the 23rd Annual Volunteer in the Arts Awards.
The VITA Awards are just one way Dominion and WQED demonstrate their appreciation for the many nonprofit arts organizations throughout the region. The Dominion VITA awards were established in 1988 in order to recognize efforts of volunteers who, through their time and service, help keep nonprofit arts organizations lively and prospering.
The VITA awardees will be selected from nominated members in these areas by a blue ribbon committee. The winners will receive a financial gift in honor of their volunteerism to utilize within their represented organization.
Organizations involved in the arts that are interested in nominating volunteers can obtain the VITA Awards rules, information and applications online at: http://www.wqed.org/support/vita-awards.php.
