EGG STRADA

Ingredients

12 slices bread
6 eggs
3 c milk
2 c shredded sharp cheese
2 c mushrooms, sliced
1 T dry mustard
2 T parsley flakes
1 T salt
2 T onions, chopped

Procedure

Remove bread crusts and cut bread into triangles. Place on bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Spread cheese and mushrooms over bread. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over bread. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
