HOME MADE PASTA

2 cups semolina flour (or regular flour)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon olive oil
2-4 tablespoons water
Simply add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and mix until all ingredients are well blended and it forms a firm dough. If working by hand, beat the egg, oil and water together and then gradually add the flour until you have a firm dough. Knead by hand for a minute or two.
This dough can be rolled and used for home made ravioli, lasagna, fettucini, linguini, or any shape you desire.
