MOCK CRAB CAKES

From: Jean Bolyard, Westover, WV
Primary category: Appetizers

Ingredients

2 c grated zucchini
2 TB grated onions
2 TB grated celery
1 TB salad dressing
1 TB Old Bay seasoning
2 eggs
2 c bread crumb, very fine and very dry

Procedure

Mix all ingredients well. Press into cakes and brown in margarine or butter. (This really does taste like crab cakes!)
