How to Clean a Cast Iron Paella Pan:

1. Don't use soap, steel wool or a dishwasher

2. Clean the pan immediately after use while it is still hot or warm

3. Avoid soaking the pan in the sink or it will rust

4. You can wash it in hot water with a stiff brush

5. To remove stuck on food, scrub the pan with a paste made of kosher salt and water

6. To maintain the surface after cleaning, rub it with salt, grits and wipe clean
