Cardigan Day 2022

Zipper Up, Button Down!
It’s time to get your sweater ready to celebrate WQED’s Cardigan Day on November 2!
1. Wear your favorite cardigan.
2. Encourage others (including your pets) to do the same!
3. Snap a picture and share it on social media using the #CardiganDay hashtag.
As has been the yearly Cardigan Day tradition, WQED asks its “neighbors” to support and spread kindness by donning their cardigans and using social media to post photos using #CardiganDay. Whether you’re at home, in the office, at school or anywhere – let's make the most of the sweater weather on November 2 with #CardiganDay!
WQED also encourages educators, businesses and other organizations to participate by downloading the digital WQED Cardigan Day Kit containing graphics, resources and more. WQED partners will also be given the opportunity to apply for a physical WQED Cardigan Day Kit with fun items to celebrate #CardiganDay!
