 It’s a birthday party as the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra performs “Resurrexit” by Mason Bates – commissioned by the orchestra as a 60th birthday present for Music Director Manfred Honeck.  Pinchas Zukerman returns to Heinz Hall to play the Bruch Violin Concerto.  And Manfred Honeck conducts the Brahms Symphony No. 2.
