Seniors: 3 Ways to Live Longer

Medical experts say there are three things senior citizens can do to help them live longer and healthier lives. Seniors should know their medicines, keep up-to-date with their vaccines - and exercise. OnQ talks with a local geriatrician and an orthopaedic surgeon about what older people can do to stay physically fit as they age.
