Included are Chopin and his monument in Warsaw’s Lezienki Park, Penderecki, Lutoslawski, Szymanowski, Wanda Landowska, and Roman Polanski. There are cult films including Marek Koterski’s Day of the Wacko, Lech Walesa, Pope John Paul II, Jerzy Kosinski, Marie Curie, the Polish airline LOT, the immense Oliwa organ with moving figures and its own organ festival, zubrowka bison grass vodka, zurek the sour rye bread soup, bagels, pierogis, sausages, and street food.
