The Duquesne Light African-American Leadership Awards are granted to outstanding individuals or groups who promote and contribute to the advancement of African Americans, are dedicated to the betterment of the community as a whole, and who pursue excellence in their field.

That's the motto of the Pittsburgh Youth Golf Foundation. Founded in 1991, the goal of this unique organization is to introduce golf to at-risk children in the Pittsburgh area. OnQ's Chris Moore explains how this sport is helping to improve the self-esteem and self-discipline of thousands of youngsters in 6th - 8th grades.
